How far in advance should I book?
Most dinners are booked four to eight weeks out. For weddings and holiday weekends, three to six months is typical. If your date is sooner, write anyway — occasional openings happen.
What is the minimum party size, and what's typical?
Intimate dinners start at two guests. Most evenings land between six and twelve. Weddings and events scale to one hundred and twenty with a full service team.
How is pricing structured?
Pricing is per guest and varies by menu tier, course count, and sourcing. A signature four-course evening generally begins around $185 per guest, with tasting menus and event service quoted individually.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes — every menu is built around your table. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, pescatarian, and serious allergy protocols are routine. Share the details in your inquiry and the menu is composed accordingly.
What's included on the night?
Sourcing, prep, on-site cooking, plating, service for each course, and a quiet kitchen at the end of the evening. You enjoy your guests; everything else is handled.
Do you bring your own equipment, or use ours?
A home kitchen with an oven, cooktop, and counter space is usually all that's needed. Specialty equipment, serviceware, and linens can be arranged for tasting menus and events.
Do you travel outside Austin?
Yes. Hill Country, Marfa, the Texas coast, and destination weddings are all welcome. Travel is quoted transparently based on distance and length of stay.
Is wine pairing available?
Pairings are coordinated with trusted local sommeliers. You may also provide your own cellar — corkage is never charged.
What's the deposit and cancellation policy?
A 30% deposit secures your date. Full refunds are available outside of thirty days; inside that window the deposit transfers to a future date when possible.
